Steps for creating a Support case online

  • Sign in to MySymantec or create a new account.
  • Select Technical Support for technical support issues or Customer Support for non-technical issues such as license activation, software version upgrades, contact/ account updates or product order and renewal information.
  • Provide details on your case.
  • Submit your case.
